The Richardson Area Alliance of Black School Educators (RAABSE) is an affiliate of the Texas Alliance of Black School Educators and is committed to personal and professional development; with a compelling spirit to give back to others.
Message From President

As we embark upon our 7th year as a local affiliate, we invite you to join our cause and get into good and necessary trouble with us to help carry out the mission and vision our founders charged us with years ago. As president, I am grateful for the opportunity to lead this organization as we bolster a force for transformation through equity, efficacy, and policy to ensure unobstructed opportunities for students of African descent and the educators who serve them.
RAABSE is a local affiliate, which is governed by our state affiliate – the Texas Alliance of Black School Educators (TABSE), and our national affiliate – the National Association of Black School Educators (NABSE).
